50 Nos. of ICT-based Feedback Polling Stations are currently installed at different public toilets of Jabalpur Nagar Nigam for gathering public feedback
Effective Use of ICT
1. To gather User feedback on Toilet cleanliness
2. Communicate ‘Feedback’ back to the Jabalpur Smart City command centre
3. Display real-time feedback data on Dashboard
4. Input to the Swachh Survekshan Program for City Ranking
5. Eventually this data from Jabalpur Smart City public toilets will get integrated into City Sanitation Index and into the overall toilet rating of the country using Google Maps
