A Smart Poll – Instant Feedback Station 50 Numbers of ICT (information and communications technology) – based Feedback Polling Stations are currently installed at different public toilets of Jabalpur Nagar Nigam.
In the last 2 months, 81,000+ unique responses have been captured from the citizens of Jabalpur for gathering public feedback . These units captures feedback from the users just after usage of the toilet, and provides analytics and insights of that to the administration, which they can use to improve the services.
The product has been designed to evaluate the operator of public toilet and send alerts and feedback to the operator in case of SLA violation.
It has helped Jabalpur Smart City to demonstrate the use of effective ICT in toilets. The ICT based feedback unit can also be installed in the toilets in offices, government buildings and other institutions like government schools, colleges etc…
