The Jabalpur MSW (JMPL) is an award-winning project.
It is first-of-its-kind Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) treatment plant in India.
It is fully functional at present.
11.5 MW energy generated; equivalent to powering 18,000 households.Daily 600 Tons of unsagrigated solid waste is used daily.
Reduction of approximately 37,000 tons of carbon emission in Jabalpur. 4.4 hectares of land can be saved by processing 2,19,000 tons of solid waste a year.
